Breakfast:

Lunch:
8 ounces of beef (usually ground)
2 TBSP butter
1 glass of coconut water or real grape juice
1 TBSP organic raw honey
1 glass of raw milk
Dinner:
8 ounces of beef
1 TBSP organic raw honey
2 ounces of organic cheese (gouda, havarti, etc.)
1 glass of real orange juice
Supplements:
10,000 IU vitamin D3
100 mcg vitamin K2 (MK-7)
6 capsules of Beef Organs (Heart & Soil)
Whey Protein (Naked) - workout days only
2,000 mg Magnesium Threonate (Mercola)
