Typical Daily Diet

Breakfast:

  • 6 eggs

  • 3 slices of bacon

  • 2 TBSP grass fed butter

  • 1 glass of real orange juice

  • 1 TBSP organic raw honey

  • 2 TBSP organic maple syrup

  • 1 glass of raw milk

Lunch:

  • 8 ounces of beef (usually ground)

  • 2 TBSP butter

  • 1 glass of coconut water or real grape juice

  • 1 TBSP organic raw honey

  • 1 glass of raw milk

Dinner:

  • 8 ounces of beef

  • 1 TBSP organic raw honey

  • 2 ounces of organic cheese (gouda, havarti, etc.)

  • 1 glass of real orange juice

Supplements:

  • 10,000 IU vitamin D3

  • 100 mcg vitamin K2 (MK-7)

  • 6 capsules of Beef Organs (Heart & Soil)

  • Whey Protein (Naked) - workout days only

  • 2,000 mg Magnesium Threonate (Mercola)
