Great job, Dirk! I have to ask, to what do you attribute the drop in your SHBG? Increasing your carbs (with fruits and honey)? I'm working on this myself after several years of keto/low-carb, and between my high SHBG and a possible thyroid issue (caused by keto?), I'm still searching for the right path.
Thanks Steve! I'm guessing that the increased carbohydrate intake contributes to the drop. I also went back to eating 3 times a day and try not to go more than 12-14 hours from my last to first meal. I've read that eating boron rich foods or taking a supplement can help lower SHBG. Exogenous testosterone apparently works too, but I'm a little wary about taking testosterone. You might want to look into the organ supplements from Heart & Soil. The Whole Package supplement contains desiccated bull testicles which has naturally occurring testosterone. I cycle on and off those and the other organ formulas they have. Good luck in your journey and let me know how it goes.
